These terms are short on purpose. Coast Internet Radio is a small station website: it exists so you can listen to the stream, see what's playing, get in touch and support the station if you'd like to. By using the site, you're agreeing to what's below.

Using the site

You're welcome to use the site for personal, non-commercial listening and browsing. Please don't try to break it, overload it or pass its content off as your own.

Music and broadcasting rights

All music broadcast on Coast Internet Radio is licensed under the appropriate UK and Irish music licensing agreements (you'll see the PRS for Music and PPL marks in the footer). The website itself doesn't host or distribute music files; it connects you to the station's live audio stream.

Now playing information

The "now playing" details come automatically from the broadcasting software. Most of the time they're spot on; occasionally they lag behind or get a title slightly wrong. If a song looks mislabelled, that's why.

Other people's websites

The site links to services we don't run: PayPal, Facebook, X, and radio directories like TuneIn, Streema and Radio Garden. Their content, terms and privacy practices are theirs, not ours.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the stream and the site running around the clock, but this is a small independent station, not a broadcasting giant. The site and stream are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we're not liable for any loss arising from their use. If something's down, give it a few minutes and try again; it usually comes back.

Donations

Donations through PayPal are voluntary and non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Every penny goes to the station to cover broadcasting costs, and we're genuinely grateful for it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top will change with them.
